ORNL Cafeteria
Stop by for a free osteoporosis screening and learn about the 10K-A-Day Program which you can add to your everyday routine from The Wellness Place at Methodist Medical Center. (10K-A-Day packets can be purchased for $20. Checks should be made payable to Covenant Health.)
ORNL Health Services will also be offering blood pressure checks.

Guest Speaker:   Andrea Conte, Tennessee's First Lady
Ms. Conte will share her agenda as Tennessee's new First Lady (wife of Governor Phil Bredesen), the path her career has taken over the years, and information about "You Have the Power...Know How to Use It," a nonprofit corporation she founded, which is dedicated to raising awareness about crime and justice issues. Refreshments will be served.
