The Wellness Place at Methodist Medical Center came to ORNL on Thursday, March 6th. They offered Osteoporosis testing, information on the 10K-A-Day program and information on Heart Health at the ORNL Cafeteria. In addition, the ORNL Health Division provided blood pressure checks and breast cancer information.

On March 13, Andrea Conte spoke in the Wigner Auditorium about her agenda as Tennessee's First Lady. Following the presentation, she had lunch with the Women's History Month Committee and other guests and ended her visit with a tour of the SNS site. ORNL Staff enjoyed a presentation on the Women of the Wild West by Will Minter on Tuesday, March 18. In his own inimitable way, Will both entertained and informed the audience of some little known information about the women in the old west. Now we all know the "rest of the story".
