Roane State Community College - The Main Library's February display will focus on African-American History specifically the fascinating story of the Secret Code of Quilts and the Underground Railroad. The reference text is Hidden in Plain View by Jacqueline Tobin and Raymond Dobard. Quilts will be displayed in several patterns.
