Performance Management
Performance Management is an on-going process focused on reinforcing high performance or improving substandard (poor) performance to ensure a workforce that can meet ORNL's business objectives. The Performance Improvement Process is the part of the Performance Management process designed to address the need to identify, communicate, and address when job performance is below expected standards.
