Momma’s Favorite Recipes

2 lbs ground chuck hamburger browned-- salt and pepper and garlic salt to taste.
1 onion diced and cooked with hamburger --- Drain any grease
Add
2 regular size cans pinto beans
2 regular size cans black beans
2 regular size cans red kidney beans
1 or 2 cans Navy white beans (optional)
1 or 2 cans shoepeg corn
Do not drain any of the above cans
2 regular size cans of rotel tomatoes with chiles
Jalapeno peppers (optional) I used about ½ small jar per batch (just according to your liking)
Black olives (optional)
2 packages of taco seasoning mix
2 packages of ranch dressing mix
Around a cup and a half of water more or less
Stir and let simmer for an hour or so.
It is good served over corn chips and sour cream and shredded cheese on top.
