Accounts Payable

The AP Department implemented the VASS automated system to assist vendors and other AP customers with questions concerning payment activity. Information on the system is available 24 hours a day and can be accessed by calling 865-241-4151 or using the VASS system. The system provided instructions, options and the purchase order number is required to access payment information.

IRS Tax Forms

As a withholding agent for the United States Income Tax, UT-Battelle is required to withhold United States Income Tax from certain payments unless an exemption applies to the payment. Additionally, Internal Revenue Service requires us to annually report such withholdings and exemptions. Please complete the applicable form using the links below. Payment may be withheld pending receipt of the form.
