2007 DEVS Integrative M&S Symposium (DEVS'07)

Part of the 2007 Spring Simulation Multiconference (SpringSim'07)

The increasing complexity of system design and analysis demands increasingly advanced modeling and simulation technologies. The Discrete Event System Specification (DEVS) is enabling significant advances in theory, methodology, and applications of system modeling and simulation. The goal of this annual DEVS Integrative M&S Symposium is to foster continuing research and to promote broader practice of DEVS-based modeling and simulation.

This year’s DEVS Symposium will continue to provide a forum for scientists and professionals to discuss recent developments in DEVS-based modeling and simulation, as well as DEVS education and standardization.  It also provides an opportunity to network with M&S organizations such as SISO, the DEVS-Standards Group, and M&SNet, and to exchange ideas with other M&S practitioners who participate in related SpringSim symposia. .

The manuscript submission deadline has been extended to December 17, 2006
